Coyote Two Moon 10 k

Your adventure kicks off at the one and only Rock Tree Sky School yep, the same place where you allegedly learned not to eat glue (growth!). From there, head north on Sisar Road with purpose in your stride and snacks in your pack.

As you jog past a handful of homes on both sides, feel free to wave to the locals or, if you’re feeling spicy, pretend you’re starring in a high-stakes action movie chase. Your call.

At exactly 0.5 miles, you’ll come face-to-face with your first cinematic landmark: a rusty iron gate. It’s dramatic. It’s symbolic. It’s your cue to say goodbye to the cushy asphalt and embrace the rugged glory of the dirt fire road. Things just got real.

From here, keep heading north into Sisar Canyon Fire Road. Around mile 1, you’ll spot a brown Forest Service gate go through it on the right side, like a courteous rebel with a trail-running cause. Shortly after, you'll splash (or tiptoe) across your first stream crossing.

By mile 2, it’s déjà vu your second stream crossing awaits. Channel your inner mountain goat and carry on.

Keep climbing the fire road until you reach mile 3.1, also known as Boulder Beach. No, it’s not an actual beach there’s no lifeguard on duty but it’s a beautiful spot to catch your breath, take in the views, and reflect on your excellent life choices (like signing up for this).

Once you’ve soaked it all in, turn around and retrace your steps back to Rock Tree Sky School. Bonus points if you make it back without pretending, you're still in that action movie.
